Yes, if the CEO fucks the chicken knowing that it will help the environment, 78% of the people polled think he did not fuck the chicken intentionally. That number drops to 24% if he does it knowing that it will increase profits.
Open court won't allow a chicken fucking and philosophy volume to be published because the x and philosophy books are never about a real philosophical topic.
You fail to see that chicken fucking is a real philosophical topic. Otherwise Peter Singer would not have written on it. From his essay "heavy petting":
Some men use hens as a sexual object, inserting their penis into the cloaca, an all-purpose channel for wastes and for the passage of the egg. This is usually fatal to the hen, and in some cases she will be deliberately decapitated just before ejaculation in order to intensify the convulsions of its sphincter. This is cruelty, clear and simple.
Observations from an old cranky jerk who happens to be a professional philosopher. Occasionally philosophical, most often just vulgar. Sometimes focused on sober points of logic and issues in political theory, but more frequently fixed on nonsense. Bad metal bands, crappy guitarists, stupid lyrics, celebrities, pop "culture," telemarketers, irrationality, and other annoyances. Always misanthropic. Anti-religious. Not particularly amusing, either. Some might say insulting. Strange mail. Kook magnet. Doom. Comments from other cranky jerks, young and old.

perhaps the weatherman's spouse often displays cowardice?
Wasn't there some data about our intuitions concerning chicken fucking?
