I see that Professor Leiter is now getting the ball rolling for the 2011-2012 Philosophical Gourmet Report! In doing so, Leiter provides a wonderful service to the profession (and especially to those looking to enter it). Three Cheers for Leiter and the PGR!

He's going backward in time now? Weird. Leiter is Dr. Who.
More support for the Spiros=Leiter thesis.
And so by transitivity of identity, Spiros = Dr. Who! Now it all makes sense -- including Spiros's lame support of the departmental measuring contest that is the PGR.

Maybe he's simply become unstuck in time. Leiter = Billy Pilgrim.
NYU's scarf is longer than Columbia's scarf.
8:36am: sorry for the typo. Corrected now.
For the record, one can agree that the PGR is a wonderful service to the profession without annoying cheerleading or the use of more than one exclamation point in a row and phrases like "woo hoo."
Sage Assholes? Confusing Leiter love-fest? Thank god Spiros is back.
Who was that jerk who posted the helpful stuff a few weeks ago? And talked fondly of walking on the beach? What a crank.
Anyone who has ever met or talked with Leiter knows very well that he could not possibly write the posts that Spiros does about music. It's just not possible.
Spiros is a little whimsical. Leiter is earnest all the time. By Leibniz's Law, therefore, etc.

haha... nice one. we have an implicit intensional context here so this argument doesn't go thru. that's what you meant to imply, right?
Spiros, you are right!
The PGR is a great resource for the profession!
The pgr is useful, but the level of ass-kissing in your post is pretty appalling. Barf!
I agree completely 6:55pm!
Personally I find the PGR particularly useful for dissuading students from grad school and its a useful tool for making me completely depressed about my shitty job and crap career.

How can an anonymous person ass-kiss? Doesn't ass-kissing suppose that the ass-kisser aims to get some reward from the flattery? But how can Spiros?
If the PGR makes you depressed about your job, you're too dumb to be a philosopher anyway.
Goodness, there's really much effective info here!
